Meine hübsche Wohnung direkt in der Waldstraße im beliebten Waldstraßenkiez biete ich vom 25.10.2018 bis 11.11.2018 zur Untermiete an!

Die Wohnung besteht aus einem kleinen Flur sowie einer offenen Wohnküche, welche gut geschnitten ist und für eine angenehme Atmosphäre sorgt. Die 1-Zimmerwohnung ist ausgestattet mit einem Bett (140x200), einem Tisch und 2 Stühlen, Beistelltisch, Regal sowie einem Kleiderschrank. Das angrenzende Badezimmer ist mit einer Dusche ausgestattet. Die Waschmaschine befindet sich im Keller und kann genutzt werden.

Die Verkehrsanbindung ist super, mit der Straßenbahn 4 (2 Min fußläufig entfernt) erreicht man schnell den Hauptbahnhof und das Zentrum. Ebenso kann man in 15 Minuten ins Zentrum laufen und der Waldplatz, die Jahnallee sowie die Gottschedstraße mit vielen Bars und Restaurants sind ebenfalls fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Das Waldstraßenviertel hat viele hübsche Cafés und Shops, welche die Umgebung sehr bereichern. Ebenso ist der Wald und verschiedene Parks in direkter Nähe erreichbar. Ein Aldi sowie mehrere Konsum sind außerdem fußläufig entfernt.

I offer my lovely apartment located in the Waldstraße in the popular Waldstraßenkiez from 25.10.2018 to 11.11.2018 for subletting!

The apartment consists of a small hallway as well as an open living room, which is well-cut for a pleasant atmosphere. The 1-room apartment is equipped with a bed (140x200), a table and 2 chairs, side table, shelf as well as a wardrobe. The adjoining bathroom is equipped with a shower. The washing machine is in the basement and can be used.

The traffic connection is great, with the tram 4 (2 minutes walk away) you quickly reach the main station and the city center. Also you can walk to the city center in 15 minutes and the Waldplatz, the Jahnallee and the Gottschedstraße with many bars and restaurants are also within walking distance. The Waldstraßenviertel has many nice cafes and shops, which enrich the surroundings very much. The forest and various parks are also nearby. An Aldi as well as several Konsum shops are also within walking distance.
