Eine wunderschöne 1-Zimmer Wohnung in der Sternwartenstraße komplett mit Möbel und Südbalkon in einer super Lage. Die Möbel auf dem Bild sind alle bereits im Mietpreis inklusive.
Im Haus gibt es Parkplätze für Einwohner sowie auch ein Fahrradkeller. Waschmaschinen und Trocknern befinden sich auch im Keller.
Das Haus wurde 2013 gebaut, ist also sehr neu und modern. Das große Fenster sorgt für viel licht tagsüber, die Wohnung fühlt sich sehr groß und gemütlich an.
Die Einbauküche ist perfekt ausgestattet mit zwei Kochfelder, ein Waschbecken sowie eine Mikrowelle und einen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach.
Im Badezimmer befindet sich einen großen Spiegel sowie eine Dusche mit sehr gutem Wasserdruck, ein Waschbecken und natürlich auch eine Toilette.
In den Nebenkosten ist alles außer Internet inklusive (Internet kostet ca €20 bei Vodafone).

A lovely, fully furnished one bedroom apartment with a balcony to let, just south of the the city center.
All items on the picture are included within the rent. Also included is a parking space in the private car park, as well as the use of the bike garage. Washing machines and tumble dryers are also available for use.
The building was built in 2013, resulting in it being very modern. Big windows make for a lot of direct sunlight, making the apartment feel very spacious.
The kitchen has everything you could need, two hobs and a microwave as well as a fridge with a freezer compartment.
The bathroom is fitted with a big mirror as well as a shower with very good water pressure. Toilet and sink are obviously also in there.
All bills are included in the rent with the exception of internet, which will set you back €20 a month with some change.

Die Wohnung befindet sich ca. 10 Minuten vom bayerischen Bahnhof entfernt und etwa in gleicher Entfernung zum Johannisplatz. Der Fußweg in die Innenstadt dauert ca. 15 Minuten, ist aber mit dem Fahrrad wesentlich schneller. Die Lage ist wirklich genial!
The apartment is located around 10 minutes from the bayrischer Bahnhof and around the same distance to the Johannisplatz. Walking into the city center takes around 15 minutes, however is much quicker on a bicycle. The location is truly brilliant
Die Hausverwaltung bevorzugt jemanden mit Einkommensnachweis und kann je nach Alter oder Einkommen einen Bürgen verlangen. Sie sind aber sehr freundlich und nett.
The estate agent does prefer somebody with proof of income and may request a guarantor depending on age or income. However, they are very accomodating of various circumstances.
