2020 verlasse ich Leipzig beruflich bedingt. Meine Wohnung möchte ich deshalb zum 01.01.2020 an eine/n vertrauensvolle Nachmieter*in weitergeben.
Die Wohnung liegt im Zentrum in der Gottschedstraße, die für ihre Bars und Cafés bekannt ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Norma, alle Läden der Innenstadt) sind fußläufig in unter zehn Minuten zu erreichen. Ebenso schnell ist man im Clara-Park, oder im Theater, das beinahe an das Gründerzeithaus angrenzt. Trotz der Innenstadtlage ist die im dritten Stock gelegene Wohnung ruhig.
