ich bin auf der Suche nach einem 1-Zimmer Appartement in Mainz mit langfristigem Mietverhältnis ab 01.08.2023, Warmmiete bis max. 500€, kein Souterrain oder EG. Eine Einbauküche, ein Waschmaschinenanschluss bzw. eine Waschmaschine im Wohnhaus wäre von Vorteil.
Ich bin Studentin im Studienfach Medizin und plane noch längere Zeit in Mainz zu bleiben. Unter der Woche bin ich viel mit meinem Studium und meinem Nebenjob beschäftigt. Ich bin ruhig und ordentlich. Eine Bürgschaft durch meine Eltern wäre jederzeit möglich.
