Die Wohnung liegt perfekt, da sie sehr zentral aber dennoch ruhig ist. Alle Zimmer sind mit Blick auf die Isar (das macht die Wohnung sehr hell, auch wenn man das auf den Bildern nicht sieht, da diese Abends gemacht wurden) und das Deutsche Museum, d.h. man ist in wenigen Minuten an den schönsten Stellen Münchens. Die Anbindung ist ebenfalls optimal: Bus, Tram und S-bahn sind in max. 5-10 Gehminuten entfernt, und mit dem Fahrrad ist man sowieso überall schnell. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich auch in der Nähe.

The location is perfect, super central and next to the river. All rooms have view to the Isar (which make the apartment very bright, even though you can't see this in the pics, since they have been taken at night) and the Deutsche Museum. Public transport, i.e. Bus, Tram, S-bahn, is within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Grocery shops are also close by.

Ich habe spontan die Wohnung gekündigt, da ich beruflich München verlassen habe.
Die Möbel sind in einem guten bis sehr gutem Zustand. Da ich ins Ausland ziehe, kann ich sie nicht alle mitnehmen, deswegen habe ich sie dagelassen.

I had to quit the apartment because I left Munich due to my job.
The furniture is in good and very good condition. It is just because I am moving abroad that I can't take them with me.
