I am renting out a furnished renovated apartment from August 2019 - January 2020.
The apartment is equippted with modern and high quality furniture and has everything you need to live comfortably, especially the amazing view from the 12th floor over the city is remarkable.
The apartment building is located in the beautiful, central neighbourhood of Au/Haidhausen with view westwards over the city. Within 3 minutes you reach the bus, tram and main s-bahn line.
By bike you are at the Isar in less than 5 minutes, walking distance is 10 minutes. To the hip Gärtnerplatzviertel, you can walk in 15 minutes, 5 minutes by bike. The city center can be reached by foot in 20, by bike in 10 minutes.
There is a supermarked right in the next building, a bakery down the street and many cafes and bars nearby. I really love the location since you have everything you need, are close to the center but you can live in calm and beautiful surroundings.
The apartment is 30 sqm with a spacious balcony and has specials as a washing maschine, big closet, nice kitchenette, desinger sofa,....
Therefore I am looking for someone who will treat apartment as it would be their own with lots of respect and care.
The rent will be from August 2019 to January 2020.
