Gemütliches Einzimmerapartment in München, nahe der S-Bahnstation, zentral gelegen.

Ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein liebgewonnenes Apartment im Studentenwohnheim Studio M2.
Das Apartment hat ein modernes Bad und besitzt eine kleine Einbauküche mit zwei Herdplatten und einer Mikrowelle. Zudem gibt es einen kleinen Balkon mit Blick auf die S-Bahnstation, Verkehrslärm existiert aber so gut wie garnicht.
Das Studentenwohnheim bietet auch einen Waschraum für alle Bewohner an.

Die nächste S-Bahnstation so wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Rossmann, Aldi) sind fußläufig max. 10 min entfernt. Das Apartment liegt nahe der Stammstrecke so ist fast ganz München in kürze erreichbar.
Zum joggen liegt in der nähe der Nymphenburgerschlosspark und auch der Hirschgarten ist fußläufig erreichbar.

Ich würde das Apartment gerne an eine/n junge/n Studenten/in abgeben. Die Wohnung ist super um in München anzukommen und bietet alles notwendige für den Alltag im Einzelhaushalt.

Bevorzugt würde ich Morgen (20.10) und Übermorgen (21.10) ab 14.00Uhr Wohnungsbesichtigungen anbieten, schreibt mich gerne mit einem konkreten Terminvorschlag an und erzählt mir ein bisschen über euch. Zum Termin bringt bitte eine Maske mit.
