Hallo,
ich hab eine ca. 30 qm große Wohnung im Gärtnerplatzviertel. Die Wohnung ist im 3. Stock und besteht aus einem Großen Zimmer, Bad (ink. Badewanne) und einer getrennten Küche (inkl. Einbauküche). Miete ca. 650 € warm.
Da meine neue Wohnung zum 1.12. frei wird, möchte ich gerne bis zum 30.11. ausziehen.
Das Bett (140 cm breit, Matratze ca. 14 Monate alt) und evtl. das Sofa sollten übernommen werden (ca. 500€).
Kannst dich ja vielleicht mal melden. Die Wohnung gehört nicht mir, daher kann ich dich nur als Nachmieter vorschlagen.
