Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2 Stockwerk und wird vor meinem Auszug noch neu gestrichen.
Sie ist äußerst hell und verfügt über einen Wintergarten.
Bis auf mein Bett bleiben alle Möbel (u.a. Küchenschrank, Herdplatte, Gartenstühle, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank) + ein Fernseher in der Wohnung und wären für 870€ abzulösen.
Die Wohnung liegt total zentral:
- Unmittelbar beim TU Hauptgebäude
- ca. 15 min zum LMU Hauptgebäude
- ca. 7 Minuten zu U-Bahn (U2) oder Tram
- Lidl und Tengelmann ca. 3 min entfernt
- Zahlreiche Bars, Restaurants und Geschäfte in der parallel verlaufenden Schellingstraße
- ca. 20 min zum Englischen Garten
Besichtigungen kann ich am Freitag (16.8.) anbieten => Ich führe nur Einzelbesichtigungen durch.
Bei der Kontaktaufnahme bitte angeben ob Tierhaltung beabsichtigt ist und ob Raucher/Nichtraucher.
Die Miete kann auch etwas höher ausfallen, ich zahle aktuell warm 550€, vermutlich wird sie etwas angehoben.
