Ich suche einen Nachmiter für meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in Maxvorstadt.
Da ich die Wohnung aufgeben muss suche ich einen Nachmieter. Vielleicht klappt die Übernahme noch im September, sonst im Oktober.
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Ein Traum von 1-Zimmer-Dachgeschosswohnung.
Die Wohnung sollte komplett möbliert übernommen werden für eine Abschlagszahlung von 1000 EUR. Darin enthalten sind Küche, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Bett, Schrank, Regale, Matratze, Tische, Stühle, Sofa, Badschrank etc.
Die Lage ist 1a. Gleich bei der TU und wenige Gehminuten entfernt von der LMU und HFF. Auch der Hauptbahnhof ist in 10min zu Fuss erreichbar und die U-Bahn 4 min entfernt.
Erfolgreiche Bewerber sollten einen Einkommensnachweis, bei Studenten eine gültige Bürgschaft vorweisen können, Mietschuldenfreiheit, Schufa (request now) etc.
