Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock und aus dem großen Fenster blickt man in den äußerst grünen Innenhof. Es gibt in der Wohnung eine Einbau-Küche mit viel Stauraum, ein kleines Bad mit Dusche und im Keller gibt es eine gemeinschaftliche Waschmaschine. Im Haus selbst gibt es noch viele andere Bewohner*innen, dennoch ist es nie zu laut. Gegenüber ist eine Tanzschule, von der man ab und zu etwas von dem Proben mitbekommt. Über den Tag hinweg fällt Sonnenlicht in die Wohnung.

The apartment is located on the second floor and from the large window you look into the extremely green courtyard. There is a built-in kitchen with plenty of storage space, a small bathroom with shower and a communal washing machine in the basement. In the house itself there are many other residents, yet it is never too noisy. Across the street is a dance school, from which you can hear some of the rehearsals from time to time. Throughout the day, sunlight enters the apartment.
Die 1-Zimmer Wohnung liegt in einem grünen Innenhof direkt hinter der Amalien-Passage in der Maxvorstadt. Die LMU ist direkt gegenüber. Zu Fuß ist die U-Bahn und der Bus nur 2-3 Gehminuten entfernt. Viele Cafes und Restaurant sind in der Nähe und bis zum Englischen Garten sind es keine fünf Minuten mit dem Fahrrad.

The one room apartment is located in a green courtyard directly behind the Amalien-Passage in Maxvorstadt. The LMU is directly opposite. Walking distance to the subway and bus is only 2-3 minutes. Many cafes and restaurant are nearby and to the English Garden it is less than five minutes by bike.
Die Wohnung wird ohne Bett übergeben, aber Regale und ein Tisch sind bei Bedarf vorhanden. Über sonstige Übernahme von Möbel, Geschirr und Ähnlichem kann dann noch gesprochen werden. Die Internetnutzung kostet 30 Euro.
