Ich suche eine /einen Nachmieter /in für meine aktuell bewohnte Wohnung. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Sie ist sehr gut geschnitten und bietet neben der Küche (EBK vorhanden) ein Bad mit Badewanne und Lüfter.
Der Wohn- und Schlafraum ist ca. 25 qm groß plus Küchennische. Dieser Raum ist nach Osten orientiert. Ein Kellerabteil dient als Stauraum. Im Keller befindet sich außerdem noch eine Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie Möglichkeiten die Wäsche aufzuhängen, die ebenfalls genutzt werden kann.
60 Euro von den Nebenkosten ist für den Tiefgaragenplatz, der kann allerdings weiter vermietet werden.
Es darf nur eine Einzelperson einziehen. Die Vermieterin besteht auf Schufa (request now) Auskunft und die letzten 3 Gehaltsnachweise. Ab 15.01.2021 kann die Wohnung bezogen werden. Ist aber verhandelbar.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in ruhiger Lage nur 5 Minuten Fußweg von Milbertshofen (Linie U2) entfernt. Olympiapark und Petuelpark sind sehr nah. Einkaufmöglichkeiten und Ausgehmöglichkeiten sowie BMW direkt um die Ecke.
Zum Einkaufen sind ein Lidl (7 Minuten Fußweg), Penny (5 Minuten) und Rossmann (2 Minuten) in der Nähe. Junges Viertel, Schwabing gut mit Fahrrad erreichbar. Cafes und Bars allerdings auch in der Nähe.

Die Wohnung ist selbstverständlich provisionsfrei. Die Kaution beträgt 3 Kaltmieten.
Die Wohnung kann unter Corona Auflagen auch besichtigt werden.
