Ich werde meine Wohnung ab voraussichtlich Mitte März untervermieten - voraussichtliche Laufzeit sind drei Monate. Warm (inklusive Strom und WLAN) würde die Wohnung 800€ kosten, sie ist 33qm groß, hat eine Küche (Herd, Ofen), einen schönen Balkon & ich würde Bett und Regal in der Wohnung lassen. Anbei ein paar Fotos, schreibt mich gerne an, wenn Ihr mehr sehen wollt bzw. interessiert seid.
Milbertshofen (5 min zur U-Bahn, BMW ist quasi „die Straße hoch“), ideal Angebunden für TUM & LMU. Ein Rewe ist direkt nebenan, sowie ein Lidl und Rossmann die Straße runter - der Luitpoldpark zum Joggen ist einmal über die Straße :)
Gerne über WG-Gesucht eine kurze Vorstellung schreiben, Schufa (request now) und ggf. Bürgschaft wären wünschenswert - ich melde mich dann bei dir :)
