The room is located on the 6th floor with a roof window. It's very sunny and doesn't get depressive even in rainy days.
This cozy room is fully furnished: a bed, a wardrobe, a sink, desk and kitchen (sink, 2 electric stovetops and a fridge) and a small ladder (which I use as a coffee table) are all supplied. The toilet and shower is shared between 4 other flatmates. There's a backyard for you to park your bike.
The apartment itself is a place occupied by mostly students so this place is great if you yourself are a student!
Location is the biggest advantage of this flat. It's located next to St. Joseph's church and it's only a minute walk away from U Josephsplatz (U2 and U8). The bus lines 153 and 154 pass from the bus station in front of the apartment. You can find everyting you're looking for within a walking or biking distance.

REWE - 5 min by walk
Lidl - 3 min by bike
There are coffee shops, bakeries, liquor stores, hair dressers, shops, dry cleaners, washsalons, apotheke's, kebab burger pizza places and nice restaurants all around.
University, city library and Englischer Garten are 5 min by bike.
The rent is 595 euro warm per month. You need to subscriebe for electricity which is 20 euro fix per month. Also there's no washing machine but there's a washsalon across the street which is very convenient. Having people around is not a problem (or at least I didn't had any problem) as long as you're not super loud.

Moving-in arrangements can be made in a flexible way but after the 4th of March would be ideal for me :)
