Für meine süße kleine Wohnung suche ich einen Nachmieter der auch einen Großteil der Möbel und Küche (Liste gibt es auf Anfrage bzw. bei Besichtigung) übernimmt. Ich werde nur wenige Interessenten an meine Hausverwaltung weiterschicken, deshalb bitte nur melden wenn euch die Einrichtung gefällt, ist schon sehr Mädchenhaft und ihr die üblichen Vorraussetzungen erfüllt (Gehalt oder Bürgschaft der Eltern, keine Haustiere,...).
Die Wohnung ist im Juli schon leer, deshalb könnte der Nachmieter auch früher rein, müsste abgesprochen werden mit Hausverwaltung wegen Streicharbeiten.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, Bad mit Badewanne und ein großes Zimmer mit Balkon, sehr schöner, nussbrauner Laminatboden. Waschmaschine ist nicht vorhanden, da kein Platz ist, Anschlüsse sind aber da. Waschsalon ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
U-Bahn Station Rotkreuzplatz (U1), Tram 19, Bus 53, 62 und 63 in 1 Minute Entfernung.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurant und Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Kanal Vom Nymphenburger Schloss in der Nähe für Spaziergänge oder als Joggingrunde.
