Das Appartement ist in einer ruhigen Wohngegend gelegen, hat 1 Wohnzimmer, ein separates Bad, eine Küche und dazu noch einen großen Balkon und ein Kellerabteil.
Ausstattung: neues Mobiliar (Bett 90x200, Sofa, Regal, Tisch, Bistrotisch+Barhocker), modernes Bad, eine komplett eingerichtete Küche, Waschmaschine, 40-Zoll Sony TV, WLAN.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in wunderschöner Lage in der Nahe des Nymphenburger Kanals. Mit der Tram (5-Minutentakt) ist man in 11 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof. In unmittelbarer Nähe (Romanplatz) finden sich ein Rewe, Drogeriemarkt, Banken, Cafés etc. Dort ist auch ein Knotenpunkt für Busse und Trambahnen.
