Hallo Zusammen,
Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine helle und freundliche Ein-Zimmer Wohnung in Nymphenburg.
Großer Balkon und Einbauküche dabei. Die Wohnung ist 26qm groß und kostet derzeit 780 euro warm (Müsste mit dem Vermieter nochmal abgeklärt werden).
Ruhige wunderschöne Lage im Grünen nahe Olympiapark und Nymphenburger Schlosskanal. Liegt zwischen Tram und U-bahn Haltestellen. Alles was man braucht ist fußläufig am Rotkreuzplatz erreichbar.
Parkplätze gibt es jede Menge kostenlos vor der Haustür und im Keller gibt es eine Waschküche.
Kleinere Haustiere sind normalerweise kein Problem, bei allem was größer ist müsstet ihr eventuell noch mal mit dem Vermieter verhandeln.
Bitte bei Interesse Schufa (request now) Auskunft sowie Gehaltsnachweise und/oder Bürgschaft bereithalten die ihr dem Vermieter vorlegen könnt.
