Ich suche eine/n NachmieterIn für eine 34qm Wohnung mit Loggia auf der Sonnenseite des Gebäudes. Es kommt viel Licht in die Wohnung, was im Winter sehr schön ist. Eine Küche ist vorhanden, es gibt einen begrünten Innenhof mit Sitzgelegenheiten. Ein Aufzug ist vorhanden. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind vor der Tür, ebenfalls viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein Arztpraxenzentrum ist fußläufig erreichbar. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Kellerabteil, ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz kann gegen Aufpreis dazu gemietet werden. Es gibt Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder. Keine Haustiere erlaubt.
Man ist in 10 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof mit der U2. Die Wohnung ist ggf. auch schon zum 1.9.21 zu vermieten.
Zu übernehmende Teile sind:
Möbelteile (Bett und Schrank), neue Plissees, Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine, Bodenbelag der Loggia. Evtl. weitere Möbelteile.

Direkt an der U2 gelegen, alle öffentlichen vor der Tür. 10 Minuten bis zum Hbf, ein Auto braucht man nicht unbedingt. Gute Anbindung ans Fahrradnetz.
