Wir tauschen unsere schöne 1-Zimmer Wohnung für eine größere Wohnung 2-3 Zi. Unsere Appartament befindet sich im Westkreuz, genau direkt an Sbahn Station (3 min zu Fuß). Hier hat man die Verbindung zu Sbahnlinien S6 und S8 zum Flughafen.
Die Wohnung hat eine Kücheecke mit Herd und Backofen, Kühlschrank und ein Tisch-Bar. Ein großer Balkon mit dem Fenster bring viel Sonnenlicht in die Wohnung. Im Flur gibt es ein EInbauschrank.
Für uns ist ganz wichtig die Lage von der neue Wohnung beim Umtausch. Die muss neben dem S-Bahn Station Pasing, Laim oder Hirschgarten in wenigengen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sein.
Wir bevorzügen im November -Dezember umziehen, aber auch einbisschen früher ist ok für uns.
