The flat is furnished with a doublebed, sofa, table and chairs (see pictures). The kitchen has two hotplates and small fridge. Bathroom with shower and a big closet. There is a washmachine in the garage and a small keller to share. It costs 625 €/month all included. There is a TV connection and Internet has to be signed up. (it takes one day, so it easy to have it again).
The flat is located in Schwabing-West between Olympiapark and Luitpoldpark which you can reach them in a few minutes. Next to tram 27, which takes you to the city center in 15 minutes and 10 minutes walk to U-bahn station Scheidplatz (U3/U2). Supermakets Penny, Tengelmann and REWE are also near the apartment. Perfect location indeed.
Apartment ready to move in next 17th of July and it has to be for a long term period rental. The future tenant needs a job contract.
There are two months of deposit.
