Room Type A with Balcony (19 m²) available starting on 1st of February.2017 in Campus Südseite (Baierbrunner Straße 50) Student dorm.
Rent is 630 Eur, it includes everything (Internet, electricity, etc).
Deposit is 1462 Eur , you get it back when you move out.
It has its own (small) kitchen with sink, oven, and ceramic stove. As well as a big table, several shelves and wardrobe, night table, Bathroom with WC and shower, and a nice balcony. The room is located on the fourth floor.

Mobility: S-Bahn stop "Siemenswerke" is 5 min. by foot. S7 takes you directly to and from the city in around 15 minutes. U3 "Obersendling" is reachable in 10 min.
Facilities: There's a small fitness studio in the dorm, several common areas with vending machines, laundry room (2eur per wash and 2 per tumble-dry), party and storage rooms.
Shopping: There's a small shopping area right in front of the house. It has a Rossmann, Aldi Süd, Tengelman, a barber shop, DHL packstation, Pharmacy and a Bakery.
Requisites:
You have to be a student / Praktikant in Munich.
You have to buy my matress (30 Eur), since I cannot take it with me. (You need one anyway, as the room doesn't come equipped with a mattress)
