Since my PhD in Muenster is almost over I am looking for a new tenant for my flat. The rent is 410 euro but with electricity, internet and ARD I paid less then 500 in total.
Its a 30m2 1-room apartment on the 9th floor with a view on Aasee. The apartment is for a single person only (no couples etc).
Neighbors are totally non-problematic, in fact I don't even know who lives on my floor, lel. Every 6th of December one creep leaves a chocolate Santa Claus at my door but I guess he has good intentions.
The room separates the "living room area" from the "bedroom area" by the partial wall, so it's very cosy. It has a separate small kitchen and a bathroom. There is a water heater in the kitchen and a bike storage in the basement but no regular basement for your stuff. There are also many bike stands in front of the building.
The house is located on Aaseestadt. Super close to Aasee. You can see people jogging around the lake from your future window! (like they were not fit enough already ugh)
It's 18 min by walking/7 min by bike from the UKM campus. It's close to Sociology department too
Edeka 1 min from the house and Netto 10 min by walking
The Bus stop from the ring line is located 100m from the house
The apartment belongs to one renting company and the minimum time rent is 1 year (Sorry Erasmus students, unfortunately only professionals or long therm students will be considered).
I would like to sell all my furnitures for 2000 euro (I am open for negotiations). They were bought 2 years ago from Ikea and POCO including: the kitchen furnitures with watching machine, fridge, small induction stove, a couch, a table with 4 chairs, lamps, some shelves, a 140cm bed with a mattress, a wooden commode, curtains, a big wardrobe with a mirror and a small wardrobe-like hanger for shirts etc, a bathroom mirror cupboard and a sink cupboard plus some additional small stuff, as seen on pictures. I know its a lot of money but I remember that now Ikea is closed anyway so you can have your furnished apartment of dreams right now without waiting for months for the delivery, lel. I will provide a small contract on my furnitures to be sure that you would like to buy them all (Vereinbarung).
Since my German sucks, I will reply on the messages written in English first but messages in German are also welcome. Please note that I won't invite you over to check the apartment if you are not interested in buying my furnitures - write "AASEE" at the beginning of the message if you understood :)
If you are desperately looking for an apartment from May 2020 it might be possible to arrange that I can move away on the long weekend or later :) As far as I remember you need to fulfil a form from the renting company with an info about your salary/ source of income and Schufa (request now) Auskunft. Everything will be written in the email from the company once you get selected.
