I am subletting my apartment for the following duration: 03.06.2024 till 30.08.2024. I am looking for a subtennant who values cleanliness, order and is willing to take over the room for this duration of time. The rental is “Warm Rent” and includes the heating, water, electricity, internet packages.
The apartment is in a building “The Twenty” and consists of a single room with a private bathroom and an open kitchenette.
The room is equipped with a bed, a large desk with a chair, a wardrobe, an open shelves mini-closet, a heating system.
The kitchenette is equipped with cupborads, an electric stovetop, a microwave and a fridge. Kitchen tools (Pan, Pot, culinary tools,…) are NOT available.

- Free Sufficient covered bicycle and motorcyle parking spaces

The bus station is 3 mins away on foot and has a direct access to the Potsdam Central Station (20 minutes by bus), Potsdam City Center, Golm Train Station and many other stations.
Golm Train Station is 12 mins away on foot and has a direct access to Potsdam Central Station (10 miutes by train), Berlin Central station (40 minutes by train), Berlin Alexanderplatz Station, directly to Berlin Brandenburg Airport, and many others.

Rewe supermarket is 5 minutes away on foot where you can buy all your daily groceries along with sending mails per post.
