Hallo,
ich muss aus Arbeitsgründen meine Wohnung hier aufgeben. Die Wohnung wurde von mir im September 2015 mit Laminat ausgelegt und sehr gesäubert. Meine Möbel sind neu ( 4 Monate ), ohne jegliche Gebrauchsspuren und für einen guten Preis abzugeben ( -30% vom OP ), da für mich kein Bedarf mehr besteht. Da es sich hier um eine Einraumwohnung handelt habe ich mir ein Schrankbett ( 90/200 ) zugelegt was auf den Bildern zusehen ist, für eine Einraumwohnung so finde ich eine ideale Lösung.
Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und gut gelegen (nur 5 min. Fußweg vom Einkaufszentrum entfernt).
Bitte nur Personen melden mit festem Einkommen und Schufa (request now) Auskunft. Meine Vermieterin besteht darauf.
