I’m looking for a subtenant to take over my place from 1st of March to 30th of June (4 months).
The place comes furnished with:
- a sofa-bed, closet, dining table with two chairs, desk, printer, cable TV, a vacuum cleaner, and an electrical heater in case of emergency
- a small kitchen that has all the essentials: fridge, one electrical kochplatt, microwave, some dishes and cutlery, wasserkocher, and a coffee machine.
- A Balcony with a small table and chair
- A bathroom (shower and WC)
Das Haus selber ist sehr ruhig gelegen und ist ideal fürs Studieren.
Für alle nötigen Einkäufe gibt es sowohl ein Edeka als auch ein REWE, welcher bis 00:00 geöffnet hat. Breide sind in wenigen Gehminuten (7-10min) erreichbar.
Zudem ist die Anbindung der Wohnung gut:
Die Bahnstation Tübiingen West ist nur 7 Minuten entfernt und die beiden Buslinien 8 und 16 sind in nur 3 Minuten zu erreichen.
