Die Wohnung hat 1 Schlafzimmer, 1 Wohnzimmer (das auch als Schlafzimmer genutzt werden kann), 1 Arbeitszimmer, einen Flur und eine Abstellkammer, 1 Küche (voll Ausgestattet, inkl. Sodastream, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kühlschrank, Spühlmaschiene) und 1 Bad (mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine).
Zur Wohnung gehört auch ein Kellerabteil und der Garten darf mitgenutzt werden, inkl. Gartenhaus.
Es gibt eine Wäscheleine im Garten.
Das Bett ist 1,80 auf 2m und wird ohne Matratze vermietet. Wegen allen Nutzgegenständen die eventuell zusätzlich gebraucht werden können wir gerne persönlich sprechen.
The Flat has 1 living room (which can also be used as Bedroom), 1 Bedroom, 1 Officeroom, a hall and 1 storeroom, 1 citchen (fully equiped incl. Sodastream, kettle, toaster, fridge, dishwasher), 1 bathroom (with bathtub and washing mashine).
Furthermore there is a cellar compartment and the garden (inclusive the little house in the garden) is for shared use. The garden has also a clothesline.
The bed is 1,80 m x 2m and is rented without the mattress. If you want to rent further Equipment for daily use, we can talk about that in person.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Sie ist 8 Gehminuten von den Arcaden entfernt und 15 Minuten mit dem Bus von Uni und OTH. Den Bahnhof erreicht man in 15 Minuten zu Fuß.
Eine Bushaltestelle ist quasi direkt vor der Haustür (Unterer katholischer Friedhof).
Es gibt eine Schell-Tankstelle die 8 Gehminuten entfernt ist, einen „orientalischen“ Supermarkt (5 Minuten) und zahlreiche Geschäfte für Lebensmittel usw. in den Arcaden.
The Apartment is very central. You`ll need 8 min. to go to Arcaden and around 15 min. to the university or OTH. Regensburg main station is about 15 min. walking away.
The Busstation (unterer katholischer Friedhof) is „in front“ (2min) of the habitation. There is a Shell-Gasstation 8 min away, a „middel east“ supermarket 5 min away and for everything else like food and clothing you can go to the Arcaden-shopping-mall.
Da mein Freund und ich wegen des Studiums und Arbeit ein Jahr im Ausland sein werden, vermieten wir unsere gemütliche 3,5 Zimmerwohnung.
Die Wohnung ist von 01.08.23 bis 31.07.24 frei. Das WLAN ist in der Warmmiete enthalten.

Due to the fact, that my boyfriend and I are going to live abroad for one year (for studying and work), we rent our apartment. The flat is available from 01. of August 23 until 31. of July 24. The Wifi is included in the expenses.
