The apartment is located on Winterbergstraße, which is an extension to the Great Garden, which is easily accessible by bike in a few minutes. Stations (Bahn/bus/S-Bahn) are all within max. 10 minutes walk.
The TU and Faculty of Medicine are 20 minutes away by bus/wheel.
The next supermarkets (Lidl and Net) can also be reached in a maximum of 10 minutes and the Seidnitz Center is also not far. There's a baker almost right across the street. :
There is also a large garden for shared use and a car park can be rented.
Die Wohnung liegt an der Winterbergstraße, welche eine Verlängerung zum Großen Garten darstellt, welcher mit dem Rad easy in ein paar Minuten erreichbar ist. Haltestellen (Bahn/Bus/S-Bahn) sind alle innerhalb max. 10 Minuten Fußweg.
Die TU und Medizinische Fakultät sind jeweils mit Bus/Rad 20 Minuten entfernt.
Die nächsten Supermärkte (Lidl und Netto) sind ebenfalls in maximal 10 Minuten zu erreichen und das Seidnitz-Center ist auch nicht weit. Einen Bäcker gibt es quasi direkt gegenüber. :)
Auch gibt es einen großen Garten zur Gemeinschaftsnutzung und ein Parkplatz kann gemietet werden.

My current roommate (Anne) is moving out in autumn and I am looking for someone new, like a student. The WG life with me is very relaxed and quiet. I am in university under the week, of course, but also like home where I am open for joint activities such as cooking or just bullshit. On the weekend I am usually with my family and work there in our small café, but there is probably time for a joint trip, whether it be cultural or sporty.
We can discuss everything else in direct contact with each other.

Ich bin unter der Woche natürlich in der Uni, aber auch gern Zuhause, wo ich für gemeinsame Aktivitäten wie Kochen oder einfach nur Quatschen offen bin. Am Wochenende bin ich meistens bei meiner Familie und arbeite dort in unserem kleinen Café, aber es findet sich bestimmt auch mal die Zeit für einen gemeinsamen Ausflug, sei es kultureller oder sportlicher Art.
