My beautiful 2-room furnished apartment at Arkonaplatz in Mitte is available from May 25 to June 22, as I will be abroad during this period. The apartment spans 50 sqm and features a bathtub, plenty of plants, and a small balcony overlooking the quiet backyard. Situated on the 4th floor of a well-maintained building, it is wonderfully bright at all times of the day.

The apartment at Arkonaplatz is well-connected, with the Bernauer Str. U-Bahn station (U8) just a two-minute walk away. This access to public transportation makes it easy to explore other popular districts like Kreuzberg and Neukölln, which are less than 15 minutes away. The central train station (Hauptbahnhof) is only 15 minutes away by tram (M10).

Arkonaplatz itself is surrounded by restored historic buildings. On Fridays, the square transforms into a farmers market, offering a nice selection of fresh, locally-sourced produce. One of the highlights of the area is its flea market, held every Sunday. Furthermore there are several excellent specialty coffee shops, good restaurants, and beautiful yoga or pilates studios in the area.
