geboten ist ein voll möbliertes WG-Zimmer in der Fromundstraße in Giesing (4-er WG) im Dachgeschoss (Aufzug vorhanden) für 700€  Warm inkl. Internet, schöner neuwertiger Küche mit Spülmaschine und kompletter Ausstattung. Es gibt 2 Bäder, eins mit Dusche und eins mit Wanne.
Waschmaschine ist vorhanden.
 
Das Haus ist 50 Meter entfernt von der U-Bahnstation St. Quirin-Platz U1. Man ist von dort innerhalb 8 min am Hauptbahnhof. Innerhalb 2 U-Bahnstationen am Candidplatz wo die Isar fußläufig ist. Ein kleiner Park ist auch direkt am Haus gelegen. Es gibt sehr viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe sowie Restaurants und Bars. Giesing hat viel zu bieten...!
 
Das Zimmer verfügt über ein 1,4 m breites Holzbett aus Wildeiche und einer hochwertigen italienischen Matratze, Bettkasten, Bettzeug: (Decke; Kissen, Bettbezüge), einem 60er Jahre Holztisch über dem 2 Pinnwände an der Wand sind, Stuhl, einem Vollholzschrank, darüber ein vintage Bücherregal, einer Garderobenstange, ein weißes IKEA Kallax Regal 4x2, Vorhänge usw.
Wenn die Anordnung der Möbel Dir nicht gefallen kann man sie natürlich auch umstellen.
 
Das WG Leben hier ist sehr entspannt und zwanglos.
 
Deine Mitbewohner wären:
Ein Tourismus-Student und großer Fußballfan. Ursprünglich aus Wasserburg am Inn und häufig zwischendurch in seiner Heimat.
 
Eine Selbstständige beruflich sehr aktive und deshalb auch häufig verreiste Mitbewohnerin.
 
Ein Zweitwohn-Sitzler, der aber immer wieder mal für Termine nach München kommt für ein paar Übernachtungen im Monat.

Hello everyone,

Offered is a fully furnished shared room on Fromundstrasse in Giesing (4-person shared apartment) in the attic (elevator available) for €700. Warm including internet, beautiful new kitchen with dishwasher and complete equipment. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. Washing machine is available.

The house is 50 meters away from the St. Quirin-Platz U1 subway station. From there you can reach the main train station within 8 minutes. Within 2 subway stations at Candidplatz where the Isar is within walking distance. There is also a small park right next to the house. There are many shopping opportunities nearby as well as restaurants and bars. Giesing has a lot to offer...!

The room has a 1.4 m wide wooden bed made of wild oak and a high-quality Italian mattress, bed box, bedding: (blanket; pillows, duvet covers), a 60s wooden table above which there are 2 pinboards on the wall, chair, a solid wooden cupboard above a vintage bookcase, a coat rack, a white IKEA Kallax shelf 4x2, curtains, etc.

If you don't like the arrangement of the furniture, you can of course rearrange it.

Shared living here is very relaxed and informal.
Your roommates would be:
A tourism student and big football fan. Originally from Wasserburg am Inn and often in his homeland. A self-employed person who is very active in her career and therefore often travels as a roommate. A person living in a second home who comes to Munich from time to time for appointments and a few overnight stays a month.
