Da wir von Mitte Mai bis Ende August im Ausland sind, sind wir auf der Suche nach einem Zwischenmieter/ einer Zwischenmieterin für diesen Zeitraum. Die möblierte Wohnung umfasst 55 m², dazu gehört eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Spüle, Waschmaschine, Herd und Backofen, sowie Küchenutensilien. Darüber hinaus ein Bad mit Badewanne, sowie ein möbliertes Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer.
Die Wohnung ist zwei Minuten Fußweg entfernt von zwei verschiedenen Straßenbahnhaltestelle (Krappmühlstraße und Weberstraße). Zudem gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe (Nahkauf, Lidl, Edeka). Darüber hinaus ist auch der Hauptbahnhof und die Innenstadt nicht weit entfernt und zu Fuß oder auch mit der Bahn schnell erreichbar.
