ich suche eine Zwischenmieterin für die Wohnung meiner Tochter, die bis Ende 2024 im Ausland ist. Es handelt sich um eine ruhige 2-Zimmer-Wohnung mit einem sehr schönen, hellen Wohn-Essraum zur Gartenseite mit Ausgang zum Hof. Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet und ab sofort frei. Die Vermieterin wünscht eine weibliche Mieterin, keine WG. Die Kaltmiete von 720 Euro beinhaltet Miete, Nebenkosten, Internet und Rundfunkgebühren. Dazu kommen noch Kosten für Gas und Strom.

Nur wenige Gehminuten zum Aasee und ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß in die Innenstadt liegt die Wohnung in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße der Scharnhorststraße. Dort ist auch die nächste Bushaltestelle, dazu ein Bäcker, Apotheke und diverse Geschäfte.

Die Wohnung ist zunächst nur bis Ende 2024 zu vergeben; sollte meine Tochter ihren Auslandsaufenthalt verlängern, besteht die Option auf unbefristete Übernahme.
