Our Bude has a total of almost 140sqm +high beds and levels xD, 5.5 rooms - fully equipped with furniture - hallways, living room and kitchen, 2 bathrooms (2 showers, 1e tub) and common terrace 😍

We recently reconstructed the living room kitchen... has become beautiful! 😍

The magnificent terrace that invites us to sit together 🍉☕🍵🌽🍇, we should maintain together...

The room is cut almost square, has slightly more than 16 - 17 square meters below and above again so approx. 10 to 12 sqm. jap... there are 2 levels! Above is more the sleeping cave or chill corner - low ceiling height.

The PutziBär 🧑 🔬🧹🧽🧼🪣 - comes once a week, which unfortunately does not exempt from the weekly changing (social solidarity) cleaning service, unless you pay it extra... you decide completely alone and this time not we socially solidarity xD

AUCH former rental losses and the many thousands of EUR investments are now paying back about the rent of the room... not perfect yet important..

Our shopping facilities are plentiful. The ring centre is within walking distance, BioCompany in 10 minutes, several small fine organic beaches are also available in 10 minutes.
