Two room Flat for one month! Wohnung zur Miete für einen Monat

Hallo
Gerne möchte ich meine Wohnung vom 01.04-30.04.25, für dem Minat April untervermieten.
Allgemein ist Wohnung schön hell. Sie ist verziert mit einem alten Fischgretenboden und besteht aus einem Schlafraum mit einem Doppelbett und einem Wohnzimmer mit Couch, Fehrsehr, Esstisch, Stühlen und einen dazugehörigen, sehr grossen Balkon von dem man den schönsten Blick auf Berlin hat! :) In der Küche findet man alle Utensilien die man braucht, leider allerdings nur keinen Ofen- aber Herdplatten :)
Man läuft nur 5 min zum Sbahnhof Halensee und hat dort auch mehrere Buslinien, die fast ueberall hinfahren. Die Wohnung ist sehr Zentral gelegen.

I would like to sublet my apartment from March 30th to April 30th, 2025 for the month of April.
In general, the apartment is nice and bright. It is decorated with an old herringbone floor and consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a couch, TV, dining table, chairs and a very large balcony from which you have the most beautiful view of Berlin! :) In the kitchen you will find all the utensils you need, unfortunately only no oven but stove plates :)
It's only a 5-minute walk to Halensee train station and there are also several bus lines that go almost everywhere. The apartment is very centrally located.
