2-room apartment between Mülheim and Kalk 2-Zimmer Wohnung zwischen Mülheim und Kalk

The nearest underground station is the Waldecker street and within 5 minutes. The bus stop is right outside the door. From there you are super connected with the 3 and a few bus lines.
Rewe and Norma are also walking, as well as some snacks and restaurant options. A few nice bars and cafes are also located right around the corner in Cologne or in the direction of Wiener Platz and Rhein.
If you are not in Rhine, the Mülheimer Stadtgarten is not far away and the nearest bathing lake is 20 minutes by bike. If you have the spin with the bridges, Cologne is also great with the wheel. You could use my guest bike in time, which is not the greatest, but quite fulfills its purpose to get from A to B.

Die nächste U-Bahnstation ist die Waldecker Straße und innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür. Von dort bist du super angebunden mit der 3 und ein paar Buslinien.
Rewe und Norma sind ebenfalls fußläufig, sowie einige Imbiss und Restaurant-Möglichkeiten. Ein paar nette Bars und Cafés gibts auch direkt um die Ecke in Köln oder Richtung Wiener Platz und Rhein.
Wenn dir nicht nach Rhein ist, ist der Mülheimer Stadtgarten nicht weit weg und der nächste Badesee ist 20 Minuten mit dem Rad entfernt. Wenn man den Dreh mit den Brücken raus hat, ist Köln auch super mit dem Rad. Du könntest in der Zeit mein Gästefahrrad benutzen, das zwar nicht das Tollste ist, aber durchaus seinen Zweck erfüllt um von A nach B zu kommen.

If you bring a non-green thumb, that would be great because in the apartment some plants stand around and it would be cool if you were to pour the ones in the time you rent my apartment, which is a little care and help.
If the price is too high for you, I can also imagine that I take part of the rent. I'm primarily happy about it if I don't sit on the full rental and if I know that my apartment is used and isn't empty.

Wenn du einen nicht ganz ungrünen Daumen mitbringst, wäre das super, weil in der Wohnung einige Pflanzen rumstehen und es wäre cool, wenn du die in der Zeit, in der du meine Wohnung mietest, die ein wenig pflegst und mithilfst zu gießen.
Falls der Preis zu hoch für dich ist, kann ich mir auch vorstellen, dass ich einen Teil der Miete übernehme. Ich bin primär froh darüber, wenn ich nicht auf der kompletten Miete sitzen bleibe und wenn ich weiß, dass meine Wohnung genutzt wird und nicht leer steht.
