Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Kaulsdorf – ruhig, grün und entspannt. 🚶♂️ In 15 Minuten bist du an der U-Bahn-Station Wuhletal, von wo aus die U5 dich in ca. 25 Minuten nach Friedrichshain bringt. Die S-Bahn Kaulsdorf ist nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt – von dort bist du in ca. 15 Minuten am Ostkreuz. Perfekt für alle, die eine gute Anbindung schätzen! 😊
Die Miete beträgt aktuell 540 €, dazu kommen Gas, Strom und DSL. Die genauen Kosten hängen natürlich vom Anbieter ab, aber insgesamt zahle ich derzeit etwa 700 € für alles. 😊
