Especially beautiful is the large window front with French balcony. This makes it nicely bright during the day. Since the apartment is in a side street, it is also quiet. And if you like to hang out in the sun, our big balcony is perfect for you.
Dein zukünftiges Zimmer bietet mit 17 qm viel Einrichtungsspielraum (wird unmöbiliert übergeben).
Besonders schön ist die große Fensterfront mit französischem Balkon. Dadurch ist es tagsüber schön hell. Da die Wohnung in einer Seitenstrasse liegt, ist sie auch ruhig. Und wenn du gerne in der Sonne abhängst, dann ist unser großer Balkon perfekt für dich.
The WG is located in a side street at Barbarossaplatz. This makes it really quiet despite the central location. At the same time you have everything you need right in front of your door. The Rewe is right in front of your nose, which makes shopping really relaxed. With the trains at Barbarossaplatz you come almost everywhere and the Cologne Süd railway station is also right around the corner. Everything else we can get you personally :)
Die WG befindet sich in einer Seitenstraße am Barbarossaplatz. Dadurch ist es trotz der zentralen Lage echt ruhig. Gleichzeitig hast du alles was du brauchst direkt vor deiner Tür. Der Rewe befindet sich direkt vor deiner Nase, was das Einkaufen echt entspannt macht. Mit den Bahnen am Barbarossaplatz kommst du quasi überall hin und der Bahnhof Köln Süd ist auch direkt um die Ecke. Alles weitere können wir dir gerne persönlich erzahlen :)
Your two future roommates Robin and Laura live in the WG. The WG life is super relaxed and harmonious. All have their own life, but like to do something together and go to eat/drink or celebrate.
Since the two a harmonious WG life is still very important, you should not be looking for a purpose WG.
Robin works for a large TV production and explores the Cologne flea markets in her spare time, is on the go with friends or at sports.
Laura has been groomed by half the world before her move to Cologne. She studies psychology, lives out her creative veins in the WG and is always for a wine or for a bullshit.
The two are happy to meet you :)
In der WG leben deine beiden zukünftigen Mitbewohnerinnen Robin und Laura. Das WG Leben ist super entspannt und harmonisch. Alle haben ihr eigenes Leben, aber unternehmen gerne was zusammen und gehen was essen/trinken oder feiern.
Da den beiden ein harmonisches WG Leben auch weiterhin sehr wichtig ist, solltest du nicht auf der Suche nach einer Zweck-WG sein.
Robin arbeitet bei einer großen TV-Produktion und durchforstet in ihrer Freizeit die Kölner Flohmärkte, ist mit Freunden unterwegs oder beim Sport.
Laura ist bis vor ihrem Umzug nach Köln durch die halbe Welt getourt. Sie studiert Psychologie, lebt ihre kreative Ader in der WG aus und ist immer für einen Wein oder zum Quatschen zu haben.

Since the kitchen is included in the rent, only a small discount is due for all items otherwise purchased in the WG (washing machine, dining table, chairs, etc.). In addition, the entire apartment is newly renovated, there is a bicycle cellar and a large basement compartment :) The house is very well maintained and lies mega central. The Rewe is directly opposite.
Da die Küche in der Miete enthalten ist, ist nur ein kleiner Abschlag für alle sonst in der WG angeschafften Gegenstände fällig (Waschmaschine, Esstisch, Stühle, etc.). Außerdem ist die gesamte Wohnung neu renoviert, es gibt einen Fahrradkeller und ein großes Kellerabteil :) Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und liegt mega zentral. Der Rewe ist direkt gegenüber.
