The room has a single bed with a dresser and bedside table. A 3-door wardrobe offers plenty of space to store your clothes and stuff. There is also a small 2-seater sofa area opposite a smart TV where you can invite your date to a Netflix evening 😏, even if you live in a WG!!

Long-term renters are preferred, but also short-term renters are acceptable.
There are 3 rooms in total. Rent per room is 750€ or for the entire apartment it would be 2250€ PAuschal incl heating, electricity and wlan.

Das Zimmer verfügt über ein Einzelbett mit Kommode und Nachttisch. Ein 3-türiger Kleiderschrank bietet reichlich Platz zur Aufbewahrung Ihrer Kleidung und Sachen. Außerdem gibt es einen kleinen 2-Sitzer-Sofabereich gegenüber einem Smart-TV, wo Sie Ihr Date zu einem Netflix-Abend einladen können 😏, auch wenn Sie in einer WG leben!!

Langzeitmieter werden bevorzugt, aber auch Kurzzeitmieter sind akzeptabel.
