We are Samuel (22 years old, managing director) and Klara (22 years old, psychology student working in the last stages of the Bachelor and as a student assistant), a young couple looking for an apartment in a quiet area in and around Würzburg. We have both been living in Würzburg for about 3 years (due to Klara's studies) and will remain here at least the next 2 1/2 years (precisely because of their studies). From the beginning of August 2025, we are looking for a 3 bedroom apartment (mind 70qm) in a “more rural” area (less urban road, more nature) such as Heidingsfeld or Reichenberg.

Wir sind Samuel (22 Jahre alt, Geschäftsleiter) und Klara (22 Jahre alt, Psychologiestudentin in den letzten Zügen des Bachelors und als Studentische Hilfskraft arbeitend), ein junges Ehepaar, das in einer ruhigen Gegend in und um Würzburg nach einer Wohnung sucht. Wir wohnen beide seit ca. 3 Jahren (wegen Klaras Studium) in Würzburg und werden hier auch noch mindestens die nächsten 2 1/2 Jahre (genau, wegen des Studiums) wohnen bleiben. Dafür suchen wir ab Anfang August 2025 eine 3-Zimmerwohnung (mind 70qm) am allerliebsten in einer „dörflicheren“ Gegend (weniger Stadttrubel, mehr Natur) wie Heidingsfeld oder Reichenberg.
