The room has 2 large windows showing over the balcony in the backyard. All walls and floor coverings were brought to the forefront at the last core renovation about half a year ago and everything is in top condition. The room offers enough space to accommodate everything necessary and the rest of the apartment is of course available to both tenants.
Das Zimmer hat 2 große Fenster die über den Balkon in den Hinterhof zeigen. Alle Wände sowie Fußbodenbeläge wurden bei der letzten Kernsanierung vor ca einem halben Jahr auf Vordermann gebracht und alles ist in top Zustand. Das Zimmer bietet genug Platz um alles nötige unterzubringen und auch der Rest der Wohnung steht selbstverständlich beiden Mietern zur vollen Verfügung.
Duisdorf is a quiet part of town, from which you can easily reach the city centre, especially by public transport. It also offers a shopping street and many leisure opportunities. The bus stop in about 3-4 minutes walk makes it easy to use the ÖPNV for the way to work or university. The neighbours are always friendly and helpful.
Duisdorf ist ein ruhiger Stadtteil, von dem aus auch die Innenstadt, vor allem mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln schnell zu erreichen ist. Er bietet ebenso eine Einkaufsstraße und viele Freizeit Möglichkeiten. Die Bushaltestelle in ca 3-4 Minuten Fußweg erleichtert das Nutzen der ÖPNV für den Weg zur Arbeit oder Uni ungemein. Auch die Nachbarn sind stets freundlich und hilfsbereit.
The WG life was always very harmonious, the roommate is very accommodating and there were never discussions about anything. The allocation of the tasks of the budget is possible and everything is done. We led a relatively open use of the apartment and also the rooms of each other were partly used by both, but of course this is not absolutely necessary if this should be unintentional. It is idR. everything, however, very uncomplicated.
Das WG Leben lief stets sehr harmonisch ab, der Mitbewohner ist sehr zuvorkommend und es gab nie Diskussionen über irgendetwas. Die Aufteilung der Aufgaben des Haushalts ist gut möglich und es wird alles erledigt. Wir führten eine relativ offene Nutzung der Wohnung und auch die Räume des jeweils anderen wurden teils von beiden genutzt, doch das ist natürlich nicht zwingend nötig, wenn das ungewollt sein sollte. Es ist idR. alles jedoch sehr unkompliziert.
