The room is very small but at least bright as it is an attic. It used to be a small painting/hobby room, then a friend used to live there and it is now free. Now I'm looking for someone to improve. The room is more suitable for transition solutions or the like because so small but if you are very small and/or very well organized, then surely also fits:)
Das zimmer ist es sehr klein aber mindest hell da es eine Dachwohnung ist. Das war früher ein klein Malerei/hobby Raum, dann hat übergansweise ein Freund dort gewohnt und es wird jetzt frei. Jetzt suche ich jemand für die Nachbesserung. Das Zimmer eignet sich eher für Übergangslösungen oder Ähnliches weil so klein ist aber wenn du sehr klein und/oder sehr gut organisiert bist, dann passt bestimmt auch :)
The location is very good. The apartment is near the Karli but is located in a quiet street. In the southern suburb there are many cafés, restaurant and the like to do so much there. The location is close to the city centre and almost 3 minutes from various stops. There are also supermarkets and shops nearby.
Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist in der Nähe der Karli aber liegt in eine ruhige Straße. In der Südvorstadt gibt es viele Cafés, Restaurant und Ähnliches, so viel zu tun dort. Die Lage ist Nah an der Innenstadt und quasi 3 Minuten von verschiedenen Haltestellen entfernt. In der Nähe gibt es auch Supermärkte und Läden.
It's a purpose wg with different young people in it. Everyone has his rest, the items and food, and so are not divided, but everyone buys for themselves and uses his stuff. This then offers rest but it is not a very social wg, everyone makes his thing. There's a very sweet cat in the apartment.
Es ist eine Zweck wg mit verschiedene junge Leute drin. Jede*r hat seine Ruhe, die Gegenstände und Essen und so werden eher nicht geteilt, sondern jede kauft für sich ein und benutzt seine Sachen. Das bietet dann Ruhe aber es ist keine sehr soziale wg, jeder macht sein Ding. In der Wohnung wohnt aber eine sehr süße Katze.
A contract of employment and a guarantee are required for house management. You can just take over the contract.
The room is from 1.5. but earlier or later inset options are also ok.

Fürs Hausverwaltung sind ein Arbeitsvertrag und eine Bürgschaft nötig. Du kannst einfach der Vertrag übernehmen.
Das Zimmer ist ab 1.5. zu haben aber frühere oder spätere Einzug Möglichkeiten sind auch ok.
