The room is comfortably cut at its 16 m2 (3,15m x 5,00m, ceiling height 2,70 m) and is located on the west side. This brings a lot of light to the room especially in the afternoon and you have the height in the 4th. OG a great view over the roofs to the Elb slopes. There is also a sunset every evening.
The room is available from the beginning or in the middle of May and will be delivered empty.
This is a 4-room apartment, making it the 20 m2 living room with dining table, sofa, TV etc. is shared in addition to the private room and you have a lot more common space available.
From the kitchen a small loggia goes to the green courtyard.
Das Zimmer ist bei seinen 16 m² angenehm geschnitten (3,15m x 5,00 m, Deckenhöhe 2,70 m) und liegt westseitig. Dadurch kommt vor allem nachmittags viel Licht ins Zimmer und man hat durch die Höhe im 4. OG einen tollen Blick über die Dächer bis zu den Elbhängen. Noch dazu gibt's jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang zu bestaunen.
Das Zimmer ist ab Anfang oder auch Mitte Mai verfügbar und wird leer übergeben.
An sich handelt es sich um eine 4-Raum-Wohnung, wodurch sich das 20 m²-Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch, Sofa, TV usw. zusätzlich zum privaten Zimmer geteilt wird und man sehr viel mehr Gemeinschaftsfläche zur Verfügung hat.
Von der Küche aus geht außerdem eine kleine Loggia zum grünen Innenhof ab.
From the apartment you have a good connection on foot to tram (1 min) and train (7 min). There is a Lidl, 4 min walk away and in the nearest station (Dresden-Neustadt) you can also buy on Sundays. The Ausgehviertel in Dresden’s Neustadt is also only 10-15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by bike.
In the house we have an attic to dry laundry and in the courtyard there are large green areas, table tennis tables and a basketball basket. In addition to our basement compartment there is a bicycle room with separate access.
Von der Wohnung aus hat man eine gute Anbindung zu Fuß an Straßenbahn (1 min) und Zug (7 min). Es gibt einen Lidl, der 4 min Fußweg entfernt ist und im nächst gelegenen Bahnhof (Dresden-Neustadt) hat man auch Sonntags die Möglichkeit einzukaufen. Das Ausgehviertel in der Dresdener Neustadt ist auch nur 10-15 min zu Fuß oder 5 min mit dem Fahrrad entfernt.
Im Haus haben wir einen Dachboden zum Wäsche trocknen und im Innenhof gibt es große Grünflächen, Tischtennisplatten und einen Basketballkorb. Neben unserem Kellerabteil gibt's noch einen Fahrradraum mit separatem Zugang.
We are a WG from friends and are only 1.5 years ago drawn together as WG into this larger apartment. As our roommate draws together with her friend, we, Paul and Tom, are looking for your new roommates, a nice, open person that makes the trio complete again.
We are all already professional, quite sympathetic, like to do something as a WG, but lazy also like to do on the couch in the living room. We like to invite friends to cook together, film evenings, darts or table tennis etc., but also enjoy time for ourselves. It is only important to us not to be a purpose WG, but to have a nice relationship.
We pay attention to a clean apartment and certain order in the common areas. Instead of cleaning plan, we're just talking about it when it's time to clean up.

Wir sind eine WG aus Freunden und sind auch erst vor 1,5 Jahren gemeinsam als WG in diese größere Wohnung gezogen. Da unsere Mitbewohnerin mit ihrem Freund zusammen zieht, suchen wir, Paul und Tom, deine neuen Mitbewohner, eine nette, offene Person, die das Trio wieder komplett macht.
Wir sind alle bereits berufstätig, recht gesellig, unternehmen gerne als WG etwas, aber Faulenzen auch gerne mal auf der Couch im Wohnzimmer. Wir laden gerne Freunde zum gemeinsamen Kochen, Filmabende, Darts oder Tischtennis spielen usw. ein, genießen aber auch Zeit für uns selbst. Wichtig ist uns nur keine Zweck-WG zu sein, sondern ein schönes Miteinander zu haben.
Wir achten auf eine saubere Wohnung und gewisse Ordnung in den Gemeinschaftsräumen. Statt Putzplan wird bei uns einfach drüber geredet, wenn es mal wieder Zeit ist zu säubern.
