The apartment is located in northern Cologne in the Nippes/Niehl district on the 6th floor of a 7-storey building not far from the Rhine.
To the city center, I usually travel by bike: There are no 5 minutes to the Rhine. To the cathedral you drive around 20 minutes on the Rhine bank.
Otherwise, by car on the Rhine bank, you are also in the city centre. Not far from here is Neusser Straße (about 10 minutes), Ebertplatz and the Agnesviertel. No 3 minutes away is a bus connection and after just a few minutes walk the tram to the city centre (10 min towards the main railway station, Ehrenfeld etc.) as well as directly to the right Rhine side of Cologne (Mühlheim). Shops are located right next door in the shopping area (open until 22:00), then continue the road Rewe, Aldi etc.

Die Wohnung liegt im Nordens Köln im Stadtteil Nippes/Niehl im 6 Stockwerk eines 7-stöckigen Gebäudes nicht unweit vom Rhein.
Bis zur Innenstadt bin ich meist mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs: Bis zum Rhein sind es keine 5 min. Bis zum Dom fährt man am Rheinufer ca. 20 Minuten.
Andernfalls ist man auch mit dem Auto am Rheinufer schnell in der Innenstadt. Unweit von hier befindet sich die Neusser Straße (ca. 10 Minuten), Ebertplatz und die Agnesviertel. Keine 3 Minuten entfernt ist eine Busverbindung und nach nur ein paar Minuten Fußweg die Straßenbahn sowohl in die Innenstadt (10 min Richtung Hauptbahnhof, Ehrenfeld etc.) als auch direkt zur rechtsrheinischen Seite Kölns (Mühlheim). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt nebenan im Kaufland (bis 22 Uhr geöffnet), weiter die Straße dann Rewe, Aldi etc.

A similar daily rhythm and hobbies are very welcome. My focus is on sport and music. Be passionate about Capoeira, a martial art from Brazil, which also includes music and acrobatics, and is rich in culture and language. You will certainly also get this in everyday life with me in the form of conversations or music.
Since I myself study/work, I am already active and on the move in the later evening hours or earlier morning hours. Not far from my apartment is the Niehler port in which is also working late/early, so it can also be louder, a not too sensitive hearing is therefore of advantage.
Personally, it is very important to keep it relaxed and quiet within the apartment just in the evening hours to create a pleasant atmosphere. I live relatively withdrawn. I attach a great deal of importance to cleanliness, order, reliability and cooperation. For me, these are essential prerequisites for living together. It should be a purpose -WG in which as much clarity and transparency as possible prevail at the beginning. It is important to me that you have fun without letting out an essential constructive and actively reliable participation in the household. Therefore, you should be someone who takes up some tasks independently, but is also happy to communicate. My privacy is very important to me, so I have moved back home relatively, but I am still looking forward to seeing you again and again in the evening if you had time for a nice chat etc. My wish roommate should be FLINTA. I have a long-term WG experience and therefore know that it works best for all involved. ☺️
In addition, you should prove to have your own regulated income and/or a regulated employment that you should be allowed to provide yourself independently (including Schufa (request now) information).

Einen ähnlichen Tagesrhythmus und Hobbies sind sehr willkommen. Meine Schwerpunkte liegen auf Sport und Musik. Seid einigen Jahren betreibe leidenschaftlich Capoeira, eine Kampfsportart aus Brasilien, die auch Musik und Akrobatik beinhaltet, sowie reich an Kultur und Sprache ist. Dies wirst du auch sicherlich im Alltag mit mir mitbekommen in Form von Gesprächen oder Musik.
Da ich selbst studiere/arbeite, bin ich auch in den späteren Abendstunde bzw. früheren Morgenstunden schon aktiv und unterwegs. Nicht unweit von meiner Wohnung befindet sich der Niehler Hafen in dem auch spät/früh gearbeitet wird, daher kann es auch mal lauter werden, ein nicht zu empfindliches Gehör ist deswegen vom Vorteil.
Mir persönlich ist es sehr wichtig, es innerhalb der Wohnung gerade in den Abendstunden entspannt und ruhig zu halten, um eine angenehme Atmosphäre zu schaffen. Ich lebe sonst relativ zurück gezogen. Ich lege besonders viel Wert auf Sauberkeit, Ordnung, Zuverlässigkeit und Zusammenarbeit. Für mich sind dies essenzielle Voraussetzungen für das Zusammenleben. Es sollte eine Zweck -WG sein bei der schon zu Anfang möglichst viel Klarheit und Transparenz herrschen. Dabei ist es mir wichtig, dass man Spaß hat ohne eine essenziell konstruktive und aktiv verlässliche Teilnahme am Haushalt aus den Augen zu lassen. Du solltest daher jemand sein der sich selbstständig einiger Aufgaben annimmt, ordentlich ist aber auch gerne kommuniziert. Meine Privatsphäre ist mir sehr wichtig, daher bin ich daheim relativ zurück gezogen, dennoch freue mich aber auch hin und wieder abends mal wenn du Zeit für ein nettes Pläuschen hättest etc. Mein/e Wunsch-Mitbewohner/in sollte FLINTA sein. Ich habe eine langjährige WG Erfahrung und weiß daher, dass es so für alle Beteiligten am besten funktioniert. ☺️
Darüber hinaus solltest du nachweislich ein eigenes geregeltes Einkommen und/oder eine geregelte Beschäftigung mitbringen, die es dir erlauben sollten dich selbstständig zu versorgen (inkl. Schufa Auskunft).
Ich bin gerade im Zusammenleben sehr direkt und ehrlich und suche vorrangig vor allem eine zuverlässigen Mitbewohner/in :P
