I offer my bright, furnished apartment in top location to the intermediate rental – right on the Old Main Bridge with a view of the Main, walking to the city centre and the Wine Bridge.

Period:
July to December 2025 (6 months)

To the apartment:
• Fully furnished (details like personal)
• Living room and kitchen with dining area to the street / river
• Bedroom quiet to the courtyard
• Very well maintained house, nice neighborhood
• Quiet, secure living in the heart of the city

Costs:
The warm rental includes internet, electricity and gas. For normal consumption, no further costs are incurred. With exceptionally high consumption, I will retain a proportional repayment.

What I wish:

Ich biete meine helle, möblierte Wohnung in Toplage zur Zwischenmiete an – direkt an der Alten Mainbrücke mit Blick auf den Main, fußläufig zur Innenstadt und zur Weinbrücke.

Zeitraum:
Juli bis Dezember 2025 (6 Monate)

Zur Wohnung:
• Voll möbliert (Einzelheiten gerne persönlich)
• Wohnzimmer und Küche mit Essbereich zur Straßenseite / Fluss
• Schlafzimmer ruhig zum Innenhof
• Sehr gepflegtes Haus, nette Nachbarschaft
• Ruhige, sichere Wohnlage im Herzen der Stadt

Kosten:
Die Warmmiete umfasst Internet, Strom und Gas. Bei normalem Verbrauch fallen keine weiteren Kosten an. Bei außergewöhnlich hohem Verbrauch behalte ich mir eine anteilige Nachzahlung vor.
