I am looking for a reliable person to rent for my beautiful 1-room apartment in Berlin-Moabit. The apartment is modern, bright and about 23 m2 large – perfect for a professional, student*in or intern.
There is a fully equipped kitchen.

Location:
Just 5 minutes walk to the metro station Turmstraße (U9, Berlin Mitte) and also walking to the Spree – ideal for walks or outdoor sports. The surrounding area offers numerous cafés, shopping facilities and good access to all parts of the city. It's on the first floor.

Period:
Optimum from 15 May to 15 September 2025, an extension until 30. September 2025 is possible.

Costs:
Warm rental is €600 per month (including all additional costs and internet).
Deposit: 800 €

The usual documents are required for rental
(certificate of income, proof of identification, guarantee and Schufa (request now) statement, if necessary)

Eine voll ausgestattete Küche ist vorhanden.

Nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur U-Bahn-Station Turmstraße (U9, Berlin Mitte) und ebenfalls fußläufig zur Spree – ideal für Spaziergänge oder Sport im Freien. Die Umgebung bietet zahlreiche Cafés, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine gute Anbindung in alle Teile der Stadt. Sie befindet sich im Ersten Stock.

Zeitraum:
Optimal vom 15. Mai bis 15. September 2025, eine Verlängerung bis 30. September 2025 ist möglich.

Kosten:
Die Warmmiete beträgt 600 € pro Monat (inkl. aller Nebenkosten und Internet).
Kaution: 800 €
