in unserer gemütlichen Altbauwohnung im Stuttgarter Westen wird ein Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer ist ca. 24 m² groß und überzeugt mit seinem besonderen Charme. Die hohen Decken und der schöne Altbauflair machen es richtig gemütlich und zu einem perfekten Rückzugsort. Hier kannst du dich wohlfühlen und nach einem langen Tag entspannt abschalten.
Our WG is centrally located in Stuttgart's west, very close to the lake. In just about 5 minutes walk you can reach the S-Bahn and several bus lines, from where you are at the main station in about 10 minutes. There are many shopping options for downtown or Schwabstraße – from Edeka, Rewe and Aldi to DM and a pharmacy.
If you want to get out of nature, you're also in the best position: right around the corner is the Karlshöhe, from which you have a great view over the Stuttgarter Kessel. And if you are after a longer walk, you can walk from here wonderfully to the Bärensee and enjoy nature.
Unsere WG liegt super zentral im Stuttgarter Westen, ganz in der Nähe vom Feuersee. In nur etwa 5 Gehminuten erreichst du die S-Bahn und mehrere Buslinien, von wo aus du in ca. 10 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof bist. Richtung Innenstadt oder Schwabstraße gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten – von Edeka, Rewe und Aldi bis hin zu DM und einer Apotheke ist alles dabei.
Wenn du mal raus in die Natur willst, bist du hier ebenfalls bestens aufgehoben: Gleich um die Ecke liegt die Karlshöhe, von der aus du einen tollen Blick über den Stuttgarter Kessel hast. Und wenn dir nach einem längeren Spaziergang ist, kannst du von hier aus wunderbar zum Bärensee laufen und die Natur genießen.
Your new roommates will be Sep (31), Anna (27), Susi (28) and Adrian (27). We all left the student life behind us and are now working.
Sep enjoys playing guitar, cooks with enthusiasm and spends a lot of time on the football field. Susi has been in our WG since May - she loves Matcha-Latte, is a lot traveling with friends and loves to travel. Anna has now successfully finished her ref and explores new cafés in the city with great pleasure. Adrian likes to meet with friends, regularly goes to the gym and fever with full passion for the VfB.
I, Anna (28), leave the WG heavy heart, which is why my room becomes free.
Our WG is not a purpose WG – we all understand each other super and partly we have lived together for a long time. If it suits time, we would like to do something together, be it a cozy glass of wine on the balcony, a round of social games or even a joint party night. Nevertheless, everyone has their free space and if someone just needs his rest, that is absolutely okay 🤝😊
Deine neuen Mitbewohner*innen werden Sep (31), Anna (27), Susi (28) und Adrian (27) sein. Wir alle haben das Studentenleben hinter uns gelassen und sind nun berufstätig.
Sep spielt leidenschaftlich gerne Gitarre, kocht mit Begeisterung und verbringt viel Zeit auf dem Fußballplatz. Susi ist seit Mai in unserer WG - sie liebt Matcha-Latte, ist viel mit Freunden unterwegs und liebt es zu reisen. Anna hat nun ihr Ref erfolgreich beendet und erkundet mit großer Freude neue Cafés in der Stadt. Adrian trifft sich gerne mit Freunden, geht regelmäßig ins Gym und fiebert mit voller Leidenschaft für den VfB.
Ich, Anna (28), verlasse die WG schweren Herzens, weswegen mein Zimmer frei wird.
Unsere WG ist keine Zweck-WG – wir verstehen uns alle super und teilweise wohnen wir schon länger zusammen. Wenn es zeitlich passt, unternehmen wir gerne etwas zusammen, sei es ein gemütliches Glas Wein auf dem Balkon, eine Runde Gesellschaftsspiele oder auch mal eine gemeinsame Partynacht. Trotzdem hat hier natürlich jeder seinen Freiraum und wenn jemand einfach mal seine Ruhe braucht, ist das absolut okay 🤝😊
The room can be partially furnished or completely unfurnished upon request. I'd leave bed, dresser and wall rack for a small amount, but only if you're interested in it, otherwise I'll take the stuff. In addition, there is a fitting for the refrigerator and some furniture purchased jointly for the WG.
Das Zimmer kann auf Wunsch teilweise möbliert oder komplett unmöbliert übernommen werden. Gegen einen kleinen Betrag würde ich Bett, Kommode und Wandregal da lassen – aber nur, wenn du Interesse daran hast, sonst nehme ich die Sachen mit. Zusätzlich kommt ein Abschlag für den Kühlschrank und einige Möbel hinzu, die gemeinsam für die WG angeschafft wurden.
