Hey! I’m subletting my apartment in Hamburg, in the lovely neighborhood of Othmarschen, while I’m away this summer. I'm looking for someone kind and responsible to enjoy the space from June 1 to September 30.

The apartment is 75 m², fully furnished, and includes:

- A bedroom, living room, and dining room
- Two separate workspaces
- Two bathrooms
- A spacious balcony with lots of greenery
- Washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, and all the essentials

Perfect for one person or a couple. Pets are welcome too!

Rent is €1600/month cold, plus €200/month for utilities (electricity, heating, internet, water). The deposit is €800. Ideally, we’re looking for someone to stay for the full period.
