I rent my lovingly furnished, fully furnished apartment in Barmbek-Nord for five months – from 31. May 2025 until 31 October 2025.
The apartment is 46.3 m2 and offers everything you need for well-being.

It consists of a bedroom with a small storage chamber, a living room with open kitchen, a small bathroom with shower, a hallway and a large balcony. A smart TV is also available.

Warm rental is 1,200 € per month and already includes all additional costs: hot water, electricity and Wi-Fi.

The apartment looks exactly the same as in the photos – please take care of the inventory.
It is a quiet home, so the apartment is preferably rented to a quiet and reliable person.
Smoking and parties are not allowed.

Die Wohnung ist 46,3 m² groß und bietet alles, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht.

Sie besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit kleiner Abstellkammer, einem Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche, einem kleinen Bad mit Dusche, einem Flur sowie einem großen Balkon. Ein Smart-TV ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

Die Warmmiete beträgt 1.200 € pro Monat und beinhaltet bereits alle Nebenkosten: Warmwasser, Strom und WLAN.

Die Wohnung sieht genau so aus wie auf den Fotos – bitte geht sorgsam mit dem Inventar um.
Es handelt sich um ein ruhiges Zuhause, deshalb wird die Wohnung bevorzugt an eine ruhige und zuverlässige Person vermietet.
Rauchen und Partys sind nicht erlaubt.
