Sie haben Glück, denn es kann keinen besseren Ort geben!! Sie stehen im Zentrum der Jugendbewegung. In unserer Nachbarschaft finden alle gesellschaftlichen Veranstaltungen statt, es gibt viele coole Bars und die Garage Ost ist 4 Minuten entfernt, wo jedes Wochenende kulturelle Veranstaltungen und Mottopartys stattfinden. Da es sich um eine Straße handelt, die sehr gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden ist, wird es nicht schwierig sein, sich in der Stadt fortzubewegen. Es ist auch bequem, Fahrrad zu fahren. Es gibt viele Supermärkte in der Nähe.
