The location of the building is - especially for students - optimal. The nearest bus stop has a footpath of about 2 minutes, and the nearest railway station is no more than 4 minutes. By bus but also by train you are at the university or at the main railway station in a few minutes. I can also easily reach the university by bike for about 10-15 minutes. If you want to buy something, you have a wide selection of supermarkets in the immediate vicinity (Aldi, Lidl, Kaufland, Nahkauf) but also many recommended restaurants are within the vicinity. Bretzenheim in general, but especially the Südring is a very quiet and relaxed area with a touch of small town feeling, which is created by the beautiful houses, the friendly people and the low traffic.

Die Lage des Gebäudes ist -insbesondere fuer Studenten- optimal. Zur nächstgelegenen Bushaltestelle hat man einen Fußweg von etwa 2 Minuten, zur nächsten Sraßenbahnstation läuft man nicht mehr als 4 Minuten. Mit Bus aber auch Bahn ist man in wenigen Minuten an der Universität oder am Hauptbahnhof. Auch mit dem Fahrrad kann man ich etwa 10-15 Minuten bequem die Uni erreichen. Wenn man etwas einkaufen möchte hat man in unmittelbarer Nähe eine große Auswahl an Supermärkten (Aldi, Lidl, Kaufland, Nahkauf), aber auch viele empfehlenswerte Restaurants sind im näheren Umkreis vorzufinden. Bretzenheim im allgemeinen, aber insbesondere der Südring ist eine sehr ruhige und entspannte Gegend mit einem Hauch von Kleinstadtfeeling, welches durch die schönen Häuser, die freundlichen Menschen und das niedrige Verkehrsaufkommen erzeugt wird.

The WG is currently inhabited by Moritz (20 years old and in the third semester of his medical studies), Kathi (19 years old and in the first semester of her dental studies) and Bele (20 years old and in the first semester of her biology studies). All three are very nice and open minded, but also quiet and relaxed people. You can talk to them about everything, be it the stressful everyday life or any other things that go straight through your head. In most evenings there are always funny, sometimes quite long conversations, mostly in the kitchen, about all possible topics. Even if you have an interest in companies, be it with friends going to make sports or do something within the WG, the WG is very open and entertaining.
The WG life in general is very relaxed. As already said, the roommates are very courteous and friendly, which makes living together very pleasant and relaxed. If there are problems, you can talk to them about everything and find a solution. Also the feeling of living is very pleasant, as the apartment is very new and clean due to its recent renovation.
Even if none of the three is extremely penile with regard to the cleanliness of the apartment, the person who wants to involve should bring a basic understanding of hygiene and a well maintained living environment. Also, the person should have a general interest in interacting with the WG and not also purpose WG reasons to enter the community. However, it should not be a problem if you are not extremely extroverted, as the openness of the roommates quickly gives you the opportunity to open, even without having to overcome to the three.

Aktuell wird die WG bewohnt von Moritz (20 Jahre alt und im dritten Semester seines Medizinstudiums), Kathi (19 Jahre alt und im ersten Semester ihres Zahnmedizinstudiums) und Bele (20 Jahre alt und im ersten Semester ihres Biologiestudiums). Alle drei sind sehr nette und aufgeschlossene, aber auch ruhige und entspannte Menschen. Man kann mit ihnen über alles reden, sei es der stressige Unialltag oder irgendwelche andere Dinge die einem gerade durch den Kopf gehen. An den meisten Abenden gibt es auch immer lustige, teilweise recht lange Gespräche, meistens in der Küche, über alle möglichen Themen. Auch wenn man Interesse an Unternehmungen hat, sei es mit Freunden feiern gehen Sport machen oder innerhalb der WG etwas unternehmen, ist die WG sehr offen und unternehmungslustig.
Das WG-Leben im allgemeinen ist sehr entspannt. Wie bereits gesagt sind die Mitbewohner/innen sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, was das Zusammenleben sehr angenehm und entspannt macht. Sollte es dennoch zu Problemen kommen, kann man mit ihnen über alles reden und eine Lösung finden. Auch das Wohngefühl ist sehr angenehm, da die Wohnung durch ihre erst kürzliche Renovierung sehr neu und sauber ist.
Selbst wenn keine/r der Drei extrem penibel ist was die Aufgeräumtheit der Wohnung betrifft, sollte die Person die einziehen möchte ein grundlegendes Verständnis für Hygiene und ein gepflegtes Wohnumfeld mitbringen. Auch sollte die Person ein allgemeines Interesse daran haben, mit der WG zu interagieren und nicht auch Zweck-WG Gründen in die Wohngemeinschaft eintreten. Jedoch sollte es auch kein Problem darstellen wenn man nicht extrem extrovertiert ist, da man durch die Offenheit der Mitbewohner sehr schnell die Möglichkeit bekommt sich zu öffnen, auch ohne sich dazu überwinden zu müssen auf die drei zuzugehen.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a multi-family house, which can be reached either by stairs or very comfortably by elevator. There is also a bicycle cellar in the house. The cost of the house is 100€. Water, heating elevator and use of the bicycle cellar are included, electricity and Wlan contracts are not included in the additional costs and must be taken over by the WG itself. However, they have both been completed, so the person who wants to move would only have to contact Bele and Moritz, via which the contracts run. In this case, however, one would not fall into costs, overall this is about 25€

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5ten Stockwerk eines Mehrfamilienhauses, welches man entweder per Treppe oder ganz bequem mit dem Fahrstuhl erreichen kann. Auch ein Fahrradkeller ist im Haus vorhanden. Die Nebenkosten für das Haus belaufen sich auf 100€. Wasser, Heizung Fahrstuhl und Nutzung des Fahrradkellers sind inklusive, Strom- und Wlan Verträge sind nicht in den Nebenkosten enthalten und müssen von der WG selbst übernommen werden. Diese wurden allerdings beide schon abgeschlossen, die Person die einziehen möchte müsste sich also nur an Bele und Moritz wenden, über welche die Verträge laufen. Hierbei würde man sich aber auch nicht in Unkosten stürzen, insgesamt sind das etwa 25€
