Your room is approx. 18sqm large and square cut. You have 2 large windows that go to the courtyard and in the morning the sun shines pure
We also have electrical blinds if the sun becomes too much. In winter you can enjoy underfloor heating.
Dein Zimmer ist ca. 18qm gross und quadratisch geschnitten. Du hast 2 große Fenster, die in den Innenhof gehen und morgens scheint die Sonne rein🌞
Wir haben aber auch elektrische Jalousien, falls die Sonne mal zu viel wird. Im Winter kannst du dann die Fußbodenheizung genießen.
The apartment is not far from the aasee right next to an Edeka.
The bus stop is 5 minutes' walk, the city centre and the train station are about 10 minutes by bike.
Die Wohnung liegt nicht weit vom Aasee entfernt direkt neben einem Edeka.
Zur Bushaltestelle brauchst du 5 Gehminuten, in die Innenstadt und zum Bahnhof sind es ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Rad.
You live with Ben (23), Thobe (29) and Finja (24). In addition to studying sports, Ben studies social sciences as a second, Finja makes bio. Thobe is already in Ref.
A harmonious WG life is very important to us. The large kitchen with adjacent balcony is the heart of the WG. We often meet here for cooking, cracking and football.
Generally, sport plays a major role in the WG. For a loose run around the aasee, a tennis match or other sports we are always to have.
We also like to invite friends to the WG or meet in the cafés, pubs and bars of the city. Nevertheless, we are no more celebrity firsts 👴🏼👵🏻
Du wohnst mit Ben (23), Thobe (29) und Finja (24) zusammen. Neben dem Sportstudium studiert Ben Sozialwissenschaften als Zweitfach, Finja macht Bio. Thobe befindet sich schon im Ref.
Uns ist ein harmonisches WG-Leben sehr wichtig. Die große Küche mit angrenzendem Balkon ist das Herzstück der WG. Oft treffen wir uns hier zum Kochen, Schnacken und Fußball gucken.
Allgemein spielt Sport eine große Rolle in der WG. Für einen lockeren Lauf um den Aasee, ein Tennismatch oder andere Sportarten sind wir immer zu haben.
Außerdem laden wir gerne Freunde in die WG ein oder treffen uns in den Cafés, Kneipen und Bars der Stadt.
Trotzdem sind wir keine feierwütigen Ersties mehr 👴🏼👵🏻

The WG is equipped with everything you need, for which a discount of 200€ would be due.
The apartment has a kitchen, balcony and our rooms 2 bathrooms with shower and a storage room.
We have a laundry and bicycle cellar and possibly car parking for rent.
The only requirement for the house here from the DRK is that you are a student or azuubi
Die Gesamtkosten sind bei 448€ all in ohne weitere Zahlungen.
Die WG ist top ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, wofür ein Abschlag von 200€ fällig wäre.
Die Wohnung hat neben Küche, Balkon und unseren Zimmern 2 Bäder mit Dusche und einen Abstellraum.
Wir haben einen Wasch- und Fahrradkeller und ggf. Autostellplätze zur Miete.
Einzige Voraussetzung für das Haus hier vom DRK ist, dass du Student/in oder Azubi bist
